Rates and Reservation Information 

Bear Creek Guest House is a bed & breakfast vacation rental house near Waco, TX, serving Baylor University & Central Texas.  It's a  scenic and  reasonably-priced alternative to hotels, motels, and other  lodging accommodations for families, getaways, and extended stays.  


Rates for 2010: $125 to $200/night plus 6% tax

The nightly rental rate is for the exclusive use of our guest house. 
A  maximum  of  8  overnight guests is allowed.  Guests are charged according to the number of beds needed.  There is a queen bed in each of the two downstairs bedrooms and in the upstairs loft.  There is a double bed in the upstairs bedroom.  Rates are as follows:
                    
                    $125 for 1 or 2 people sharing one bed
                    
                    $150 if two beds are needed
                    
                     $175 if three beds are needed
                        
                     $200 if all three bedrooms PLUS the bed in the loft are used

These rates do not include the 6% State tax which is added.

Reservation Information:

• For Baylor University special event weekends (Commencement, Parents' Weekend, and  Homecoming) and holidays, there is a two night minimum and the rate is $200 per night for one to eight guests.
• Payment is expected upon arrival.  Cash, personal checks and  traveler's checks are accepted
• Our rates include coffee and a continental breakfast the first morning of your stay.
• Bear Creek Guest House is primarily intended for use by overnight guests. When making your reservation, please discuss with us any plans for additional guests who will not be staying the night and any plans for parties, dinners or other similar activities.  There may be an additional charge and/or a damage deposit required.
• Extended-stay rates are available.
• Well-behaved children are welcome.
• Smoking is not permitted inside our home.
• Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
• Check-in:  From 3:00 p.m.  (Please discuss any need for early or late arrival times with us when you make reservations.)
• Check-out:  by 12:00 noon. (Please discuss any need for late checkout times with us when you make reservations.)
• We require a deposit in the amount of one night's lodging or 50% (whichever is greater) or a credit card number to confirm your reservation.
• Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revised reservation.
• A seven day advance notice of cancellation is required to insure deposit return.
• In order to insure your privacy, conserve natural resources, and to keep our costs low, daily maid service is not provided.  Fresh towels, however, are available for each day of your stay.
